Packaging, tracking, and handover.
Packing
Products ship in Passage outer cartons with protective inserts. Gift orders are hand-tied with the ribbon and card chosen at checkout.
Tracking
A tracking number is sent by SMS and email the moment the parcel leaves the warehouse. Track through the store order page or the courier link.
Handover
Couriers attempt delivery twice before holding the parcel at the nearest service point. Use the SMS link to reschedule or change the address.
Cash on delivery
Offered in selected cities where the local store supports it. Elsewhere, orders are prepaid through the regional store checkout.
