Exchanges

Returns, exchanges, and the rules we keep simple.

Sealed product can be returned within fourteen days of delivery. Opened or used product is non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Exchanges follow the same window and are processed by the store that fulfilled the order.

How it works

The four-step return.

01 / Start in the order page

Open your order in the store account that placed it. Choose the items to return and the reason. The store receives the request automatically.

02 / Wait for confirmation

The store confirms within one business day and emails a printable return label. Drop the parcel at the courier point indicated on the label.

03 / Inspection

Returns are inspected within two business days of arrival. Sealed, intact product is accepted in full. Damaged or opened product is photographed and discussed with you before any decision.

04 / Refund or exchange

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of inspection. Exchanges ship within two business days of inspection.

Edge cases

What we do, and do not, accept.

Sealed product

Fully returnable within fourteen days. Tins, refill bottles, sprays, and lamps must be unopened with seals intact.

Opened product

Non-returnable. Scent-bearing product cannot be re-sold once a seal is broken; we will not pretend otherwise.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the parcel and the product within twenty-four hours of delivery and email the store. Replacements ship at our cost.

Gifts

Gift recipients can exchange within fourteen days using the order number on the gift card. Refunds are issued to the original buyer only.
