Frequently asked questions
The studio and atelier are in Kuwait. Charcoal, oud, scent, lamps, and lighters are produced through Passage-controlled supply across the Gulf. Specific sourcing detail for a given product is available on request.
Pressed bamboo charcoal with a clean ignition coating, sealed in metal tins to protect against humidity. No sulfur, no chemical accelerant, and no scented additives that would interfere with the oud sitting on top.
Yes. Our oud is sourced as agarwood chips and oud-blend maamool from authenticated regional suppliers, then composed at the atelier. We carry mabkhar-grade chips and maamool blends; full dehnal oud oil is offered as a separate, signed-for-on-delivery range.
Yes. The range contains no animal-derived musk, no pork derivatives, and no consumable alcohol. The scent sprays use a perfumer's solvent base rather than drinking alcohol. We are happy to share a material declaration on request.
No. Passage has never tested on animals and works only with raw-material suppliers who hold the same position.
Not at retail volume. For hospitality, residential, or corporate gifting programs we will compose a custom scent against a signed brief through the wholesale desk.
