Charcoal, sealed and indexed: eight years of refusing ash.

Sealed tins, controlled ignition, and rolls sized for the mabkhar. The founding category, told plainly.

Why the seal matters

Charcoal absorbs ambient humidity. A roll left open for two days in a Gulf summer is a roll that hisses when you light it and drops embers on the carpet. The Passage tin closes with a soft press; the lid stays flush; the air inside stays still. That is the whole engineering brief.

Sized for the mabkhar

The micro-mini, mini, medium, and large rolls each correspond to a specific mabkhar geometry. The mini fits the small reception mabkhar without sitting proud on the mesh. The large sits squarely on a tray mabkhar without overhang. You do not need to break the roll to make it fit — and broken charcoal burns unpredictably, which is why we never recommend it.

On the BBQ side

The Passage 2kg briquette range is the same supply chain, with a denser pressed form for grill use. The intent is the same: a clean light, a stable ember, a guest who notices the food before the smoke.
